Website accessibility
This website has been designed using accessibility standards to enable everyone to access its content and search for information. This page contains useful information on how to change the size of the text, as well as tips for using screen readers and help in getting the most out of the site.
Where to start
Use the sitemap to get an overview of what is on the site. The main navigation areas At Home and Single-Site Small Business have sub-sections that you can easily navigate to find out more.
Reading the site
You can change the text size to suit your needs. Do this by selecting the ‘AAA’ symbol in the top portion of the screen.
Layout
This website uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS2) to control the presentation and layout. As a result, screen reader users can use the screen reader's navigation key to get around the site. If you are listening to the site, menus are grouped together in a logical fashion.
Content
Content has been written and formatted to make it easily accessible. Headings highlight sections of text, links use meaningful text and forms can be navigated using the ‘tab’ key.
Search tips
In the Search section of the site you can look for more answers to your questions. As the search function won't work well using natural language, use keywords such as 'home equipment' to find better results. Use quotes around words if you are searching for an exact phrase, for example “my switched-on date”.
Standards
The site has been built to conform to WCAG Priority 2 guidelines and has been tested using Hal version 7.
