This checklist will guide you through what will happen on your switched-on dates. There are a few planning activities that your service provider will discuss with you ahead of time. For example, timings for multi-site migrations, planned outage duration times when your lines will be switched-on to the new network and pre-migration checks in terms of equipment that is connected to the BT network.
